Fitness Is Life is a project set up to promote health and fitness to young people in the community.

Aim

Weplan to encourage general fitness to combat the problems with youngpeople’s state of mind; this is proved by the rise in crime.

Ourproject is promoted by experienced personal trainers and classinstructors to teach lesson planned circuits, body sculpting, as wellas personal training and all elements of exercise based on buildingself esteem, confidence and empowering young people to learn to turnnegative energy into positive energy.  

Byintroducing health and fitness the young people will learn to embracetheir health and install discipline and routine into their daily lives.

Benefits to the Community

  • The young people should feel more connected and satisfied with their community

  • Less young people re-offending

  • The general health and fitness for young people will improve

  • Theyoung people should be more focused and will understand how to channeltheir energy towards setting productive aims and goals.
