Taken from the sleeve: Robert Ginty stars as an ex C.I.A. agent Munro Beiler who for 12 years has been incarcerated in a hell-hole of a middle-east prison. His capture and imprisonment was manipulated by the C.I.A. in an effeort to cover up covert activities which Beiler has threatened to expose. This has now backfired as Tabrak the man responsible for putting him behind bars 12 years ago is no himself threatening to destroy the CIA control in the middle east.
