Empower Potential provides personal, nutrition and executive/corporate coaching.  Lydia Worrall, the Coach for Empower Potential has extensive experience in the corporate world (specifically in banking & finance) in project management, risk management, IT and HR-related roles.  Lydia is also a Nutritional Advisor and is continuing her studies towards soon becoming a Nutritional Therapist.
