Marc Egerton MSc FCII DipFSA ACol MAE

Marc is the Managing Director of Credit Complaints Ltd. He has 37 years experience in financial services, including 16 years as the Chairman of Compliance Consultants Ltd, now part of one of the largest specialist consultancies assisting financial services firms in Europe. He has written complaints procedures for many financial services firms and advised them on complaints which have been referred to the FOS, with considerable success. He regularly acts as an expert witness in financial services disputes and also acts as a mediator in such disputes. He was the first Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of the Mortgage Code Compliance Board. His expertise in the area of claims and disputes is second to none.

Sue is the Operations Director of Credit Complaints Ltd. She has been a director of various companies involved with financial services for over 20 years and brings a wealth of experience to the Board.
