About Us

Commercial Credit Services Group (CCSG) is a privately owned company operating in the rapidly expanding field of debt collection.

Managing credit accounts is a highly specialised role and as more companies outsource their debt collection, the industry has become highly competitive and increasingly sophisticated.

At CCSG we can be justifiably proud of our growth and success over the past 30 years as we continue to recover millions of pounds worth of debt on behalf of our clients.

Technology

As the level of credit rises, technology plays an ever-increasing role in successful debt collection.

Our bespoke computer system employs state-of-the-art predictive dialler technology to help our operators contact debtors. Our operators can also take payments during calls.

Our call centre capability doesn't stop at credit management services - we can also make extensive pre-due calling campaigns and handle all calls following text message campaigns.

Technology also forms an essential part of our postal management system. We prepare and mail over one million letters each year and deal with more than seven hundred thousand calls.

Tracing

Advanced Tracing Services (ATS) is the nationwide tracing and investigation division of CCSG.

The services provided by ATS are available singly, or in conjunction with our debt recovery and litigation divisions. As a group, we share information database technology, so costs can be kept to a minimum by using all the services available within the group.

The requirement for a 'Trace and Chase' service is uniquely catered for by the seamless internal group integration of ATS, with its proven record in obtaining positive trace results, and the highly successful CCSG Debt Recovery Division. A combination that ensures maximum overall results for clients at the most economic cost.

We are a BSI Registered firm, hold certificate number FS29224 and operate a Quality Management System which complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000 for the following scope:

Collection of accounts from domestic and business debtors, including legal services relating to these activities only.

Quality staff means quality work. Our staff are vital to our business’ smooth operation and we ensure everyone is made to feel part of a successful team. Our staff retention record is excellent.

Training staff to NVQ qualification standards or higher is vital to make sure we continue to effectively resolve and collect accounts and achieve total credit management for clients.

We also impose standards and procedures upon ourselves over and above those laid down by the Credit Services Association, the industry's regulator.

Founding Directors Ray Everett and David Groves still head the company 30 years on. It is this level of commitment and hands on experience that has seen the company succeed year after year.
