Chi exercises, stress management, for individuals and organisations.

Chi is known as universal energy.  Our cells, our thoughts, our relationships and environment are all part of it.  Our health and effectiveness is governed by how chi moves, so there is value in understanding how we can maintain harmony, and encourage smooth personal and organisational energy flow.  When the flow is blocked and unbalanced, we experience stress. We become less effective, even counter productive.

Freeing up chi generates creativity and a sense of well being. Because chi resonates at different depths and frequencies, this works both for individuals and for organisations.  You can energise your personal chi by learning exercises
to improve your breathing, posture, and peace of mind, and discover how to transfer the benefits into your family, workplace or other organisation.

We all suffer in some way from experiences that affect our emotions or memories of events.  These may cause a pattern of disturbance in our energy meridians which in turn affect our health and wellbeing. There are ways to rebalance ourselves and release the feelings that we no longer want. This brings relief and the potential for new perspectives.  Contact me for help.

I have a longstanding interest in Chi, from martial arts to energy therapies, and years of experience helping people develop through coaching and counselling.

Please click on the tab to read my abstract  from 101 Great Ways  to Improve Your Life, it's about balance, and includes some simple exercises for your Chi. will give you some idea about where we can start from, before learning how to use our thoughts therapeutically.
