Caradon Estates is a reputable provider of high quality, managed, fully furnished accommodation and appropriate support services throughout England, for homeless persons, asylum seekers, refugees, unaccompanied minors and special needs cases. Currently well over 3000 clients are being supported by Caradon Estates.

As an accommodation provider, Caradon Estates works with the Home Office, local and county councils and a range of other organisations requiring accommodation to ensure the high demand for quality accommodation and services is fully met nationwide at all times.

Caradon has further established favourable links to a number of well known voluntary sector organisations that assist both newly arrived and well established immigrants in the UK to fulfil their needs for emergency accommodation, medical advice and counselling, education, employment and benefit applications. Such organisations include, the Refugee Council, Refugee Action and Migrant Helpline. All of these organisations have used Caradon accommodation, temporary and emergency accommodation and support services at various times. In particular these services are most needed with significant demand, when sudden crises arise around the world and force people to evacuate to safer lands.

Whilst most client organisations commit to contractual terms with Caradon for accommodation and support services some of the Voluntary Sector Client Organisations prefer to use a “spot booking system” for any required emergency and temporary accommodation and support needs. Caradon readily accepts both types of arrangement.
