Calder Latif Associates was formed by Iain Calder and Najeeb Latif to provide a professional and personal service to Clients involved in the construction industry. They have both worked at Senior level with major International consultants and bring with them high level experience in the construction industry.
Many consultants, mainly due to their size and multidisciplinary nature cannot provide a personal “bespoke” service. CLA have worked hard to ensure that all our services are specifically tailored to suit the requirements of the most exacting projects and discerning Clients. We will always have a ‘one point’ of contact on our projects, who will be Seniormember of staff and a fully Chartered Engineer.

CLA is independent of any manufacturing, contracting or Governmental interests and is fully committed to providing impartial advice.
The philosophy of CLA has always been to provide design solutions that reflect current technology and concepts. We ensure that our designs are commercially viable and practical to construct and maintain.
With this philosophy in mind CLA have been selective in the development of our resources, and the majority of our engineers have been selected and trained not only on the basis of their engineering ability, but also on their commercial and practical acumen.
CLA engineers are fully conversant with the use of all types of construction methods and building materials and we are frequently commissioned to provide Expert Reports.
