As your registered office we will forward all official correspondence on to you on a next day basis. You get 10 items included in the annual fee, further items are charged at £ 1 + postage. Most companies just receive an annual return, accounts reminder and an Inland Revenue return. We have over 500 companies using this address as a registered office so we reserve the right to terminate the registered office service immediately if iin our judgement the service might in anyway prejudice our address.

Please note: The Registered Office Service will need to be renewed after one year. You will be contacted regarding renewal of the service. If we are to provide an efficient service, you will need to keep us informed of any changes in contact details. If we are unable to contact you, we will be unable to continue to act as your registered office. Ultimately we will have to refer the matter to Companies House.
