In addition, CGI has developed kit:builder, our online 'pick and pack' centre, where you can call off items, such as stationery or brochures, on a regular basis. This system also allows us to provide management information back to you showing stock levels and order activity.

Document automation
In response to the evolving needs of our clients, CGI has developed templates to facilitate publishing time-sensitive documents. re:source is a document creation, workflow management and publishing solution, which can either be located on a client server or hosted by CGI. This innovative product enables semi-automated creation of Annual and Interim Reports and Factsheet documentation within a Word based template. Through dynamically linked spreadsheets it has streamlined the document production process saving days of time for each report and has offered significant cost benefits. It can also allow optimised streaming of information to new media outputs such as websites and hand held PDAs.
