The CCTV User Group is the principal, independent, membership driven organisation representing the managers and operators of 'Public Space' CCTV Surveillance systems.

Current membership is approaching 600 organisations including 200 Local Authorities, the majority of Police Forces, Housing Associations, Universities, Hospitals, Transport organisations, Ports and Airports, Museums and Galleries as well as commercial and retail users.

Motivated by our members and working closely with the Information Commissioner, Surveillance Commissioner, Home Office, ACPO,  Security Industry Authority, Skills for Security as well as our service company members we provide advice, support, on-line networking, model documents, and examples of best practice through our two monthly magazine CCTVImage, and our two residential conferences each year.
