Order and Supply Conditions:
- All purchase orders must be covered by an order number. Telephone orders must be confirmed in writing by post, fax, or e-mail.
- Claims for shortages or non-delivery will be dealt with promptly if notice in writing is given to both the carriers and ourselves within the 14-day validity period.
- Cancellation of purchase orders must be confirmed in writing.
- However, if goods are ready for despatch within the time requested by a customer and then cancelled, a 20% surcharge will be applied.
Payment Terms:
- Payment by credit card or cheque at time of placing the order.
- Cheque should be made payable to 'Braun and Company Limited'.
- We accept all major Credit and Debit cards.
- Approved Account holder--payment as per agreed terms.
- Alternative payment terms can be discussed for larger orders.
- Finance/Leasing quotations are available on products over £1,000.
- Prices will be quoted without VAT.
- VAT will be charged at the standard rate.
The product origination of the range we supply consists of:
- Products that are completely manufactured by Braun.
- Products that are manufactured from components purchased by Braun and built into our products at the Braun factory.
- Products that are manufactured by other equipment manufacturers to a specification supplied by Braun.
- Products that are Braun branded, purchased from other equipment manufacturers.
- Products where Braun have an agreement to supply OEM products.
- Products Braun have an exclusive agreement to supply.
All products from the above list are covered by Braun's personal Guarantee. Spares and the training in the use and service of all products supplied are available from Braun.
Braun and Company Limited have a policy of continual improvement and we reserve the right to alter prices and specifications of our products without prior notice. Such changes however will be made only if unavoidable and the replacement product is of equal or superior quality.
