We are in an elevated but sheltered position and have wonderful views of the valley. This is an excellent place to stay for both outdoor activities and exploring the Welsh/English borderlands. You can walk, cycle, run or ride from our doorstep in wonderful open hills. There is an extensive network of foot and bridle paths. Why not bring your own horse or pony to stay in our stables and explore the area from horseback?The farmhouse is right on the 132 mile long Owain Glyndwr's Way approximately 15 miles from its start in Knighton. We are therefore an ideal stopover for either your first or last night. Or why not stay a few days and really get to know the area? To make life easier for you we can dry any wet gear you may have when you arrive and offer a luggage transfer service to your next night's accommodation.Whatever you choose to do whilst with us you will stay in a beautiful large warm and comfortable room with en-suite facilities. We have a choice of twin, double or family romm available to suit your reequirements. There are tea and coffee making facilities and easy chairs in all rooms as well as a television so that you can relax and unwind. There is a choice of several pubs in the valley where you can get an evening meal. In the morning we will serve yuou with a traditional Aga-cooked breakfast and would be happy to prepare you a packed lunch.WE LOOK FORWARD TO WELCOMING YOU TO THIS VERY SPECIAL AREA.You are very welcome to bring your dog but please ring to discuss it with us first.Sorry but we are non- smoking in the house.
