REQUIREMENTS AND LOGISTICS FOR EVENTS
Brags will supply:
• Menu Selection
• An invoice
• Catering and Beverage requisition form for event.
What Brags requires from the Customer
1. Catering Request Form and equipment hire completed
2. Event Logistics (timings: for serving food and clearing up, programme, Open
Bar/ unpaid beverages and additional information e.t.c.) so that we can brief
our team.
3. Details of staff requirements/equipment
4. Purchase Order Reference/Full payment in advance to secure booking,
(Particularly for external agency staff, this has to be paid in advance)
5. Names of appointed/nominated person to sign off what has been ordered have
indeed been supplied. This signing-off process to be completed before the event
commences.
Staffing: buffet queues and crowd control:
Agency staff are used for large events. As more staff equals higher costs for
the customer, Brags will propose to the hirer the minimum staffing requirements.
All elements of crowd control or security, particularly in non – exclusive areas
and shared public space are the responsibility of the hirer/event manager.
The serving of drinks and food
The events organiser/s to provide a specification of how this is to be done.
Provide clarification of service expectation for Brags catering and bar staff.
