We hope and believe you will be delighted with the products and service. If however, you are not pleased with the Bird Feeders & Camera Kits, then return them and you will receive a full refund.
Unfortunately we cannot refund your return shipping costs.

Warranty -

We offer two months replacement for any faults that occur to the camera kits or bird feeder kits. In addition to that, a further 4 months repair service will be given for faults within the product.

Post & Packaging -

Included in every purchase. Goods are despatched promptly and delivery should be within five days for UK mainland orders.
