THE PROCESS

Before any sessions takes place, there will be a consultation, of about an hour. This can be either face to face by telephone and/or skype.  In this meeting, we will have the opportunity to find out about each other and to ask questions.   We will be able to ascertain if there enough rapport between us to begin a session.  This is important in ensuring that the goal outcome is not unconsciously sabotaged. 

I will also be able to ensure that you are a suitable client to coach, that you are happy for me to coach you and you are agreeable with your given fee structure and adhere to the coaching terms and conditions.

Telephone Coaching

Whether you have landline or mobile, I will call you at a pre arranged time, which can last from 30 to 45 minutes. It is in your best interest that you are available to receive my call.  I will not continue ringing back to get hold you.  If you have skype, it is also possible to have Coaching using this method.

Face to face Coaching

This can last from 30 minutes to 45 minutes.  Although it is best if Coaching is done in a controlled environment ie, my office, we can arrange an alternative meeting point/place.    Home visits are not acceptable.

Group Coaching

Some people prefer group coaching.  They are stimulated by the interaction of other people, or maybe they cannot afford individual coaching sessions.  I keep this to a group of six - that way I can give clients more personal attention.

ALL COACHING CAN BE:-

- SINGLE OR BLOCK BOOKING

- INDIVIDUAL/PRIVATE OR CORPORATE

NLP

This session can vary from one hour, half day or all day, depending on the circumstances and/or change work needed to be done on an individual(s)

Public Speaking

Through pre arrangement, I am available to speak to groups or teams about the possibilities of Coaching and NLP.  This is particularly useful for Schools, Companies and Mangers where you can:-
