James Boud is Director of the Company and has over

35 years of experience in the field both in UK and

overseas.  He is a Chartered Civil Engineer and

worked in the public and private sectors.  Before

establishing the Company he was a Divisional Director

for the UK Highways Agency in the South East of

England.
