All prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Minimum production order value £15.00. Goods produced during the set-up process will be charged as quoted. One off items are processed at the customers risk. Collection and delivery can be organized at cost, if required. All claims for non-delivery must be made within 10 days of the invoice date. All claims for shortages or damage in transit must be made within 3 days of receiving goods. No claim will be considered for loss or damage in excess of the value of goods despatched which arises from negligence or damage by our carrier. APPROVED Credit terms are 30 days net from the end of invoice month. Goods supplied remain the property of A.P.E. Image Consultants Ltd until such time as they are paid for. The risk in the goods shall pass to the buyer on delivery but ownership of the goods shall remain with A.P.E. Image Consultants Ltd. Until full payment has been received from the buyer. In the event of non-payment A.P.E. Image Consultants Ltd shall be entitled to repossess the goods unless they have been subject to prior re-sale in which case A.P.E. Image Consultants Ltd. Shall be entitled to the proceeds of re-sale in the hands of the buyer or any liquidator, receiver or trustee in bankruptcy of the buyer.
