Helpdesk Support

Sometimes you may require just a quick piece of advice or help with a specific application and for customers that we already have a relationship with we can provide fast and efficient helpdesk support for a fraction of the cost of onsite visits. If we are unable to resolve the problem over the phone we are happy to arrange a call-out and waive the price of the helpdesk support.

Ad-hoc visits

You may choose to call us out just when you need us and leave the day to day running of your system to your internal team. We have no callout charge and our hourly rate is one of the most cost effective in the region. You will always remain in control of your final bill and you can be sure that with ATB there will be no need to watch the clock.

Contracts

Our support contract options give you upto full cover seven days a week 9am to 8pm offering both onsite support, remote support and helpdesk support with a guaranteed response time of 4 hours. Along with daily backup and virus definition checks your business is protected by one of the most popular and successful support contracts on the market.

We have three levels of support contract for you to choose from and we are always happy to tailor a package to suit your individual business. We have very few restrictions on what you can use your support for which makes ours one of the most flexible packages around.

Because of the unique way our packages have been designed we are able to offer them to both small and large business from 5 users to 500 users and from one site to multiple sites across the UK and beyond.
