COMPLETE INTERIOR REFURBISHMENTS

We can offer a complete interior refurbishment services through our own in house trades and sub-contracting work to other companies for services that we are unable to offer direct. We would obtain quotations only from companies that are competent to carry out the work to a high standard, safely, and to programme, providing you with your new environment with a minimum of inconvenience.

SUSPENDED CEILINGS

Suspended ceilings provide a decorative and practical way of concealing services, with fire protection, washable surfaces and reducing the volume of an area to improve heating / cooling requirements.

There are several types available, Plasterboard, Mineral Fibre and Metal in tiles or planks, all with a broad range of designs and effects from a range of manufacturers.

PARTITIONING

Partitions provide a quick, clean, dry and lightweight method of dividing an area up for different uses over that provided bt conventional brick or block walls. Thermal and acoustic insulation, security and fire protection can be incorporated into the walls as required.

The partitions are available in a conventional Metal Stud & Plasterboard system or as a Demountable Office system.

Demountable partitions allow you to relocate the partition at a later date with a minimal distruance to the remaining structure and the ability to Recyle a proportion of the materials. They are available in a wide range of glazing configurations, single glazing, double-glazing, integral blinds, manifestations and solid combinations to suit you requirements.

DRY LINING

Dry lining provides a solution to upgrade an existing wall, concealing damaged plasterwork, improving thermal and acoustic insulation, stopping the passage of damp and concealing of services.

FIRE PROTECTION

A fire barrier can provide the rquired fire protection to the voids above suspended ceilings. These can be constructed from different material such as Quilts, Slabs or Boards.

Cladding to steel beams and columns etc. can be provided in Plasterboard or specialist fire board.

Fire doors with or without vision panels to the client's specification can be provided within a new partitioning system, or existing doors maybe up-graded with intumescent smoke seals, door closer and signage etc.

WASHROOMS

Cubicles, Vanity Units & Duct Panels

They are all available in different styles, colours and finishes to suit the environment. There are even designs for young children.

IPS

The difference between IPS and a traditional washroom system is that the integrated plumbing system is delivered pre-plumbed with sanitaryware already attached and sealed to the laminated duct panels or fitted into vanity units.

All fixings are concealed, reducing the likelihood of vandalism; easy to maintain, hygienic and easy to clean, plumbing accessible from the front panel; all plumbing hidden behind panels; there is also a choice of performance board, colours and finishes.

JOINERY

We can offer a joinery service for repairs and maintenance work as well as any requirements in refurbishment works.

MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Main Contracting

We can act alone as a Contractor providing our own services, or as a Main Contractor, controlling and organizing other sub-contractors to provide a complete package of work, saving you time in the co-ordination of the various trades throughout the project.

Principal Contractor

As the Principal Contractor we would take over and develop the Health and Safety Plan and co-ordinate the activities of all contractors to ensure they comply with the health and safety law.

Health & Safety

Our ability to carry out the role of Main Contractor and Principal Contractor are assessed annually by National Britannia Ltd, uner the SafeContractor Scheme, who are one of the leading safety, health and environmental management companies. They operate on behalf of the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) the Inforline Information Centre and the Incident Contact Centre.
