ADH Site Surveys was established in 2001 by Andy Harding.

Based in Northallerton, North Yorkshire, ADH Site Surveys operate generally within a 70 miles radius with more distant operations considered pending negotiations.

Using Trimble instruments and data loggers, raw data is collected and downloaded via Terramodel modelling software in producing compatible electronic drawings in 2-D or 3-D CAD formats.

We have an established private and public sector client base consisting a variety of Architects and Engineers practices; Design and Build Contractors; Building Contractors and Estate Agents, generally in the North Yorkshire, Tyneside, Durham and Teeside areas.

Work Scope

• Topographic Surveys :- Land surveying commisions are undertaken on either small parcels or multi-hectare areas of greenfield or brownfield land.
  
• Elevational Images :- Using reflectorless instruments, existing elevational detail is captured and uploaded in produce accurate electronic CAD elevation drawings.
  
• Building Surveys :- Existing internal plans are produced and layered accordingly to suit client's systems and requirements.
  
• Setting-Out Engineering :- Setting-Out works can be carried out to a variety of construction works including housing estates, roads and drainage schemes etc.
  Direct uploading of the Architects/Engineers model drawings ensures high levels of site accuracy.
  
• Conveyance Plans :- Land and building conveyance surveying is undertaken with plans produced indicating salient measurements and areas, including highlighted location plans produced using Ordnance Survey dxf images scaled to 1/1250 or 1/2500 for legal specification purposes.
