2012 Marine Ltd are a British company distributing specialist tools, products for professional and hobby marine restorers worldwide.
MAKING A PURCHASE
Making a purchase is easy, Just browse our shop, and click the 'Buy' button next to any items that you wish to purchase which will add them to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order. If you desire these details will be saved on your computer to save you time in future. Please see CREDIT CARD SECURITY and PRIVACY POLICY below for full details.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, JCB & Solo Cards. If you are shopping from outside the
DELIVERY
We normally despatch items within two working days of receipt of your order. If an item is out of stock, it will be marked "backordered" on your order acknowledgement and sent out as soon as they are available. We will endeavour to meet your order and the item should be available unless otherwise indicated on the website.
VAT & TAX
Catalogue prices include VAT at 17.5%. For deliveries within the European Union VAT must be paid. All other orders are tax free (if you think your order qualifies for zero rated VAT please email prior to ordering.
We use the Barclays ePDQ 128 Bit secure banking system in conjunction with the @UK PLC eCommerce system. For your security all credit card numbers are encrypted before transmission over the internet and are directed to Barclays Merchant Services. Card numbers and cardholders information is NOT held by ourselves and we have no access to it. - See PRIVACY POLICY below.
2012 Marine Ltd do not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. Cookies are used on this website to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details (excluding your credit card numbers) if you select the 'Remember Me' option. This means next time you place an order you will only have to enter your credit card details.

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the unused goods to us within 14 days for a full refund or replace. This does not affect your statutory rights.
